Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive to you by Hermes. (UK Only) Orders are processed the next working day, unless you order before 3pm then orders are dispatched on the same day.

For international delivery please allow up to 5-10 working days. 

We are not responsible for any damage or theft after your parcel has left the post office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Please be aware that, it is possible that some international orders may include an additional customs charge. For more information, visit the Hermes website. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can email us at lucyanncosmetics@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
